The organizers invite prospective authors to submit an abstract related to the
conference symposia and topics. The abstracts should be prepared in accordance
to Template of Abstract and does not exceed 350 words in length and/or 3.500
characters and should only be written in DOC or DOCx
files and submitted online through the conference website. Please indicate
whether an oral, short oral or poster presentation is preferred. Time for
PLENARY presentation will be 50 minutes including a
10 minutes discussion, for KEYNOTE presentation 30 minutes including
7 minutes discussion, for ORAL presentation
20 minutes including a 5 minutes discussion and for SHORT ORAL 6 minutes including 1 minute discussion.
For 1 paid Registration Fee authors can submit only 1 Abstract. Extra fee of additional Abstract is 150 Euro each, with opportunity to publish additional paper in the OPEN
ACCESS periodical of IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS).

* The Accompanying Persons cannot upload abstracts and participate in the conference but they can participate free in coffee breaks, lunches and Conference dinner.

Registration and Cancellation Conditions
After registration the participants will receive the confirmation email together with a proforma invoice that must be settled within 2 weeks after receipt. (If your employer does not accept the proforma and you need the original invoice for payment, please inform about it the conference organizers by e-mail through firstname.lastname@example.org ) With the submission of an abstract and the immediate acknowledgement of receipt by the conference office, the participants will be registered as presenting author for the conference. The abstracts will be evaluated and confirmed within 30 days and the presenting authors will receive the confirmation email about it. For the second and further abstracts, the author is charged an extra fee of 150 EUR for each. Change of presenting author is free of charge up to 31th of July, 2020. The author, however, may be the co-author of any number of abstracts if he/she is not the presenting author. After registration, each delegate and participant will receive an invoice that must be
settled within 2 weeks after receipt. In case of cancellation a 50 EUR cancellation fee will be invoiced.
Hungary is member of the European Union. Therefor residents of certain countries must take "Schengen Visa" to travel to Hungary and to Miskolc-Lillafüred. If you need our assistance to get "Schengen Visa" please, indicate it to the organizers in an email to email@example.com after you have paid the Registration fee. Please, take into consideration that to get Schengen Visa you need more than 3 months!
